Payment
We accept payment via Paypal and Simplify Commerce. These are the only acceptable method of payments. Our Terms are payment in full at the time of purchase. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, via email will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a minimum $10.00 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
We do not refund or accept cancellations after purchased product is shipped. If you believe there was an unauthorized purchase of our products by someone other than yourself please contact your bank immediately.
Our return policy
What can be returned?
Tee-Shirts arriving in the wrong size. If the size you ordered is not the size you receive, we will send the correct size upon return of wrong size.
When do items need to be returned?
Within 5 days of receiving the shipment email us at [email protected]. Do not throw out the shipments packaging until you know you are satisfied with your item. You will need to reuse it to ship the item back to us.

Shipping for returns?
We do not refund shipping charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Credit for returns?
Refunds for approved returns will be credited within 15 days of receiving the returned item back in our inventory unused, undamaged and unwashed. If refunded product is associated with or connected to a giveaway or contest the entry associated with the return will be deleted from the giveaway or contest if funds are being refunded. A Tee Shirt purchase is a requirement to being entered into our giveaway or contest.

Unless otherwise stated, the instruments featured on this website are only available within the United States unless stated differently in relation to postings from the United States. All advertising of the instruments, is intended solely for the United States market unless stated differently on product page. All merchandise (tee shirts), music (cd & downloadable) & memorabilia are available for Worldwide sales. Any product sold outside the United States is subject to shipping charges due at the time of purchase. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company.
